1.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

1.4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 2. Refunds

3. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
